REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Go through our refund and cancellation policy before you take our services.


Payment and refund terms

Fees for booked services are payable according to the applicable fee schedule and payment terms shown or communicated for that service. Where appointment booking is enabled, booking and time-slot selection are handled through the Mente Mirror mobile app rather than this website.


If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can email or phone us at the contact number or email provided in the Contact us page.


Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.


If you are late by 15 mins, the session will be treated as cancelled from your side.


For single session appointments: Only Rs50/- processing charges will be deducted if cancelled / rescheduled prior to 3 days of your appointment. Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within the last 72 hrs.


For multi session packages,


  • If cancellation is done before the 1st session, only Rs50/- processing charges will be deducted if cancelled / rescheduled prior to 3 days of your appointment. Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within the last 72 hrs.
  • If cancellation is done after the program module has commenced, proportionate amount for the remaining sessions will be refunded as per the running installment.

We value your time and hence take utmost care not to reschedule your appointments from our side. In any emergency / unforeseen circumstances / technological failures, we will intimate you, should there be a need. In such circumstances, the counsellor will work out a mutually workable time to both of your conveniences.
