Mrs. Ipsita Das is known to me for the past four years as a colleague in Kamalaniketan Montessori CBSE School, Trichirappalli, Tamilnadu , where I worked as a primary class teacher and Ipsita was the Head counsellor. As a counsellor I perceive Ipsita to be a very good counselleor with great counselling abilities, employing the different strategies accompanied by assessment programmes and remedial measures with very good results.
